The Force is with her...heh.
To be honest, the first thing I had in mind when they asked for a Lilandra cover was LIGHTSABER!
I remembered her having such a weapon in the X-Men run Paul Smith drew back then when they were fighting the Broods. I checked on the books and found only a couple of small panels where she had it. Funny how memory works.

I was asked to do a full illustration with four characters (Gladiator, Blaastar, Crystal and Lilandra) that could also be used as four separate solo covers for each book.
I rememenbered of Drew Struzan's poster on Indiana Jones IV, and how he took all the figures from the main composition art, and reworked them on separates solo pieces for the advertising campain...and I kinda did the same here.
So this is a just the solo cover featuring Lilandra.
I'll wait for Marvel's announcement before posting the full poster here.
