This is the cover I've done for SCARCE #73. Scarce is a French Fanzine I've been reading for years...since I'm 15 actually. It pretty much did my eduction in US comics back then.
I was happy to provide the cover as well as an interview and gallery for this issue's theme "special French artists working for American comics".

For the cover, I went with a basic shot of Spidey in Paris, reading an old issue of SCARCE. French readers will notice some famous French editions of comics getting out of his bag. Lug, Semic, Artima... that was a lot of fun.

Well, someone's gonna be in for a rough landing since he's not paying attention. ;o XD And isn't Spiderman reading his own comic a sort of propoganda? D: XD JK JK, it's a cool idea. I think I'd be psyched if I was a superhero reading a comic about made about myself. XD

He's reading an old issue of the magazine I did this cover for, SCARCE. The Spider-Man on the back cover was the add for the actual SM comics in France
